A customer-embedded engineer who converts ambiguous, high-value workflows into secure, adopted, supportable production systems and reusable product learning.
Role boundary
InIncludedLead the evidence and engineering chain from workflow discovery through production adoption, stabilization, handoff, and field learning. Build and verify production behavior across customer interfaces, data, controls, operating constraints, and ownership boundaries. Prepare decision-quality evidence and escalate formal risk, safety, privacy, legal, and business decisions to accountable owners.
OutExcludedAct as legal counsel, independent auditor, safety authority, privacy officer, or unilateral security and business risk acceptor. Own general account health, commercial pricing, renewals, enterprise transformation, or every component in the customer environment. Represent the provisional Komal publication domains as an Abhyaas certification standard before cross-repo reconciliation.
